In the Below Deck Mediterranean episode “The Beautiful Thing About Subpar,” Deckhand Danny Zureikat calls fellow Deckhand Bobby Giancola and First Mate Bryan Kattenburg “butt buddies.” He doesn’t say it just once, he repeats it when Bobby yells, “What the f— did you just say?” Luckily, Captain Mark Howard walks in and asks what’s going on. Bryan calmly says Daniel is provoking Bobby. Danny denies it.
Bobby proceeds to remove all of Danny’s belongings from the crew cabin. “You guys start up so much stuff,” Danny says quietly with the Captain right next to him. To avoid more trouble between Danny and Bobby, the Captain agrees to put Danny in a spacious guest cabin, all by himself. Below Deck Mediterranean airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Bravo.
