Cindy Galardi Culpepper is the CEO of Wienerschnitzel, a hot dog fast-food chain with more than 300 locations throughout the U.S. For her appearance on Undercover Boss, she was disguised as Louise. The 68-year-old executive wasn’t given an old-fuddy-duddy disguise but a cool hip look. Louise wears her long hair in pigtails (there’s a little purple streak in there), dark makeup (dark eyes and lips), a nose ring and a black choker. “It was quite a disguise,” said Culpepper. “I was really funky.”
Galardi Culpepper became CEO of the company three years ago after Wienerschnitzel’s founder, her ex-husband John Galardi, died. She is an 80 percent shareholder. She says money is “no longer lining the pockets of the family” and that “we have been giving back the majority of the funds.” After Undercover Boss, Galardi Culpepper said of the Wienerschnitzel employees she met, “If I could adopt them all, I would. I got very attached.” Undercover Boss airs Sundays at 9pm and 10pm on CBS.
