The two entrepreneurs behind Bombas, the socks company that donates one pair of socks to homeless shelters for every pair purchased, pitched their company on Shark Tank. The potential is visible in New York City where Bombas just opened its first pop-up shop. They are one of 24 shops (and 10 restaurants) at Turn-Style, an underground shopping area located under Manhattan’s well-trafficked Columbus Circle. The name Turn-Style is a clever take on the subway turnstile as Columbus Circle is a major subway hub in the city. Beyond the Tank airs Fridays at 8pm on ABC.
