The protagonist of the TV mini-series The Night Manager is Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston). He’s the night manager of an Egyptian hotel who’s “been recruited by intelligence agents to infiltrate an international arms dealer’s network.” The network is led by businessman Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie). A statuesque blond woman named Jed Marshall is also involved with both men.

(Victoria), Macbeth (Lady Macduff), and The Great Gatsby (Jordan Baker). The Night Manager airs Tuesdays at 10pm on AMC.
