The Original Runner Company makes non-slip fabric aisle runners. Entrepreneur Julie Goldman pitched The Original Runner on Season 2 of Shark Tank. Although Mark Cuban called Goldman a “rock star,” she left the tank without a deal. Since then Goldman has been continuing to sell her runners to celebrities including Michael Jordan and Katie Couric. (Note: there’s no guarantee that buying one ensures marital bliss, however — Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, and Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy have been customers too.)

Prices vary based on size and design. A 25 ft. long plain Original Runner goes for $165. A plain 150 ft. long runner goes for $285. All Original Runners are a generous 42 inches wide. All are available for customizations. Shark Tank investor Barbara Corcoran will visit Goldman at her home office in Montclair, New Jersey on Beyond the Tank, which airs Tuesdays at 10pm on ABC.
