In the Scorpion episode “Djibouti Call,” Agent Cabe Gallo (Robert Patrick) is on a secret mission in Djibouti, Africa when he’s captured. The team scrambles to save Cabe and his new (young and handsome) Homeland protégé, Tim Armstrong.
Tim Armstrong is portrayed by Scott Porter. He’s best known for his roles on Hart of Dixie (George Tucker), The Good Wife (Blake Calamar), Friday Night Lights (Jason Street), Caprica (Nestor), and As the World Turns (Casey Hughes). Fun fact about Porter: He provides the voice of Scarlet Spider in the animated series Ultimate Spider-Man. Scorpion airs Mondays at 9pm on CBS.
