And You Thought Mt. Sinai Was High
A group called CannaTech has just held an “International Summit for Accelerating Cannabis Innovation.” They state that the cannabis industry is the world’s fastest growing economy. There could be some truth there, although the arms industry might dispute that. CannaTech said that companies, entrepreneurs, researchers and investors were in attendance to learn about technical innovation that will soon revolutionize the industry. And where was the conference held? Tel Aviv!
Now that should make perfect sense since one of every thirty-three Israelis is employed in the tech industry and we know how creative and enterprising they are. But I suspect another motive. I think the geniuses of the Jewish state would like to sell (or even give) their Arab neighbors as much marijuana as possible. If their enemies were high, they must be reasoning, why would they want to make war? And even if they did, very few people can shoot straight when they are stoned.
