Chris Hemsworth, primarily known for portraying incredibly buff and handsome comic book character Thor in four movies, and also famous for being People’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2014, has recently put his Malibu mansion on the market for a measly $6.5 million. As well as five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a gorgeous ocean view, the 6,800-square-foot house also contains a luxurious home gym that any fitness freak would love. Stocked head to toe with the latest fitness equipment, which is actually surprisingly easy to find from companies like this if you want to go down that route, Hemsworth’s gym contains everything you’d expect a God of Thunder to use: a hefty punching bag, pull-up bar, exercise bike, treadmill, and some seriously heavy-looking dumbbells. It seems you still need to pump iron even if you can call lightning from the sky and wield the heaviest hammer known to man.
Hemsworth is selling his Malibu home so that he, his actress wife Elsa Pataky, and their three children can all move to Australia – Hemsworth’s home country. Set to reprise his role of Thor in 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok, we’ll initially see Hemsworth in two movies this year. First up is The Huntsman: Winter’s War, a sequel to the 2012 fantasy action movie Snow White and the Huntsman. Second will be the Ghostbusters reboot, in which he’ll play secretary Kevin amongst four female Ghostbusters, including Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones.
