In The Big Bang Theory episode “The Celebration Experimentation” (the show’s 200th episode!), after years of avoiding his birthday, Sheldon (Jim Parsons) agrees to celebrate his big day. Amy throws him a party with A-list guests including Batman actor Adam West, Stephen Hawking, Wil Wheaton (as himself), and other scientists including Leonard’s psychoanalyst mother, Dr. Beverly Hofstadter.
