On the Jane the Virgin episode “Chapter Thirty-Two,” all is not lost when Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) baby Mateo spills orange juice all over her computer. At the computer store, Jane meets a cute and kind-of-charming IT guy named Dax. After hours, Dax invites Jane to the skatepark where she experiences another mishap.
Dax is portrayed by Diego Boneta. The 25-year-old Mexican-born actor is best known for his roles on the Mexican soap opera Rebelde (Rocco), 90210 (Javier), Pretty Little Liars (Alex Santiago), and most recently Scream Queens (Pete Martinez). Boneta is also recognized for his lead role in the film Rock of Ages
