Scott Gerber, CEO of Gerber Group, the family-run company that owns more than a dozen chic hotel bars including The Whiskey, will appear on Undercover Boss. Scott and his brothers Rande and Kenny founded the company in the early 1990s with the help of their father, the late Jordan “Jordy” Gerber. On Undercover Boss, Scott says his father was “the soul of our business” as the primary point of contact between management and the employees. Scott is doing his best to fill in for his father on the job, but as Undercover Boss reveals, it’s not easy to do what Jordy did.
