Los Angeles mom Carmen Lindner is the baking entrepreneur behind S’more S’muffins – muffins that taste like s’mores. Each S’muffin is made by hand including the graham cracker crust which is dipped in dark chocolate and topped with roasted marshmallow. Inside is filled with top-of-the-line Ghirardelli chocolate. Lindner suggests warming her S’muffins the microwave (5-8 seconds) but they can been enjoyed at room temperature.
Lindner pitched S’more S’muffins on Shark Tank and didn’t get a deal — but that hasn’t stopped her from building her business. S’more S’muffins can be purchased via Lindner’s website, GottaHaveSmore, ($30 for a 12 pack) or if you want to pay $20 more, visit Williams-Sonoma, where a frozen set of 12 retails for $50.
