Carla Niven is portrayed by Shiri Appleby. She’s been acting since she was four years old. Appleby has appeared on many TV shows from Thirtysomething and Doogie Howser, MD to Baywatch and Xena: Warrior Princess. She’s best known for her adult roles on Roswell (Liz Parker), ER (Dr. Daria Wade), Chicago Fire (Clarice), Girls (Natalia), and most recently on the Lifetime scripted series UnREAL (Rachel Goldberg).
