Who Are The Soska Sisters On ‘Hellevator’?

The Soska sisters — Jen  Soska and Sylvia Soska — on Hellevator are identical twins who specialize in doubling your terror. The Canadian pair of 32-year-olds directed See No Evil 2 in 2014. They run the perfectly named Twisted Twins Productions. Their breakout move was called — and this is awesome — DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK. They acted in it, too. (They’ve acted in all their films.) Horror legend and Hostel director Eli Roth called Hooker in a Trunk “f’ing awesome.” Just like the twins themselves, who also make graphic novels (Kill Crazy Nymphos Attack) and fight for justice.

Justice for women in film, that is. The Soska sisters primarily lead by example, just taking what’s theirs, crushing any obstacle in their path (and then obliterating it with a chain saw). But they also advocate for gender equality in the industry and LGBT rights issues. The awesome Soska twins also, with beautiful metaphorical aptness, promote a massive blood drive every year. They are starring on Hellevator, running the show. Hellevator premieres Wednesday on GSN at 8pm.
