In the LMN TV movie Mother of All Lies, adopted teen Sara Caskie goes in search of her birth mother Abby Miller. She finds her alright. Abby is in prison for bank robbery and manslaughter. But that doesn’t keep Sara away — quite the opposite. Sara helps Abby at her parole hearing. Abby wins her release. They spend the summer together before Sara goes off to college. But then Abby’s old partner in crime Carl shows up and, well, things don’t go well.
Sara is portrayed by Francesca Eastwood. The daughter of Clint Eastwood and Frances Fisher, Francesca has appeared in her father’s films, True Crime and Jersey Boys. She recently starred in the TV movie Wuthering High School with James Caan. It’s a modern take on Emily Bronte’s Wuthering Heights
