Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones is smashing records weekly for the 3-0 Falcons, who are averaging 29.7 points and 305 passing yards per game. Jones accounts for a large percentage of those audacious numbers all by himself. The 26-year-old receiver has 34 receptions for 440 yards and 23 first downs — all stats that lead the NFL so far in 2015. Jones has four touchdowns, which puts him in a tie for second.
What’s even more impressive is the way those 440 yards spread out over the Falcons three victories. 135 yards againstthe Giants in week 2 is Jones’ low game total. Against the Giants Jones caught passes for 141 yards and he torched Dallas in week 3 for 164 yards.
