Professional dancer Derek Hough of Dancing with the Stars is helping promote his best friend’s music video, “Move.” It features the music of the rock band, deVlence. According to the promo, “The sound of deVlence is defined by soaring vocal melodies, swaggering riffs and pulsating rhythms. If you like anything from classic rock to contemporary noughties beats your ears will be pleading for more!”

With a title like “Move” you’re right to assume that there is dancing involved. But it’s not like anything you’ve seen on Dancing with the Stars. There are five sexy background dancers wearing very short shorts and ripped fishnets while “Move”ing seductively. The dance moves are all pro — did Hough choreograph? The result looks like a contemporary take on some rock videos from the (She’s My) “Cherry Pie” early 1990 era. Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
