Keith Cozart aka Chief Keef is the 19-year-old Chicago rapper who was “beamed live via hologram” from California at Craze Fest, a hip hop festival in Hammond, Indiana, a suburb of Chicago. The performance was shut down by police. Chicago’s mayor Rahm Emanuel, whose city neighbors Hammond, says the hologram of Chief Keef “posed a significant public safety risk.” Chief Keef is known to rap about his gang affiliations and has served time in jail for violating his probation after being sentenced to home confinement for pointing a gun at a police officer. According to the New York Times there are outstanding warrants for his arrest stemming from child support cases. He is the father of daughter Kay Kash and son Krue Karter Cozart.
One day prior to the hologram performance, Chief Keef posted a photo of a Stokke baby stroller (see below). They average about $1000. The post was liked by more than 19,500 people.
