Andrew Napolitano is senior judicial analyst for Fox News Channel. The 65-year-old from Newark, New Jersey served as a New Jersey Superior Court Judge for years and now teaches constitutional law at Brooklyn Law School. He’s also written several books about “America’s descent from a free society to a frightening surveillance state.” Napolitano is a member of the Libertarian Party.

On June 24, Napolitano will return to The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (11pm, Comedy Central), to talk about his latest book, Suicide Pact: The Radical Expansion of Presidential Powers and the Lethal Threat to American Liberty. The book includes a forward by Senator Rand Paul, who is running for president. Fun fact about Napolitano, the Princeton grad owns a farm in Newton, New Jersey that produces maple syrup. P.S.
