TuneGO is a new online platform for musicians to raise their profile. TuneGO helps artists find and connect with fans, secure licensing deals (with Spotify, Slacker Radio, Rdio, APM Music, etc.), increase distribution and media exposure–and get their music in front of producers and labels. John “JellyBean” Benitez, DJ and executive producer of Studio54 Radio on Sirius/XM Radio, is a part of the TuneGO team. He said, “I spent years trying to break through when I first started out in the industry and would have killed to have access to a platform like TuneGO.” It’s likened to the “LinkedIn for the music industry.”
If a musician signs up for TuneGO Premium, they get access to the TuneGO Radio Network which will launch in Q3 2015. The network is currently accepting submissions for distribution across Slacker Radio and college radio stations nationwide.
