Ruben Jay is an on-camera reporter who covers The Voice. He was recently surprised with the opportunity to interview The Voice season 7 winner, Craig Wayne Boyd. Jay got a little nervous as he started the interview. “When I talked to you last week…” he began. When Jay caught his blunder, “I mean last year…” the genial Boyd comes to Jay’s rescue. He puts his hand on Jay’s shoulder and smiles, “It feels like last week, though.”
Boyd will be making an appearance on The Voice, Tuesday, April 14 at 8pm on NBC. He’s giving helpful hints to two of this season’s country-singing contenders, Corey Kent White and Meghan Linsey.
