At the Bates Motel, the girl staying in Room 4 – Annika Johnson – goes into town. Norman goes with her. Now the girl is missing. Norman was the last person seen with her. Norman’s mother, Norma Louise Bates, is at her wit’s end. She’s always worrying about him. “You can’t keep getting in cars with questionable women,” she pleaded to Norman. Cool-headed Norman disregards her worry with a quick retort: “you’re being ridiculous.” But she’s not being ridiculous. “Look what happened to Blair Watson!” she reminds him.
The girl, Annika Johnson, is portrayed by Tracy Spiridakos. She was born in Canada but lived in her parents’ native land in Greece until she was 9 years old. After graduating from high school, Spiridakos moved to Vancouver to pursue acting, and within weeks landed her first TV role, on Supernatural. Her most recent recurring roles were on NBC’s Revolution (Charlie Matheson) and Syfy’s Being Human (Brynn McLean).
