True Tori reality star Tori Spelling wants to have her breast implants removed – she had them done when she was in her early 20s. She should have had them replaced 15 years ago – as they are “expired and recalled” – to minimize the risk of leaks, ruptures or infections. Now 41, she’s describes them as “rock hard.”
Tori’s Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, says she can either have them replaced with smaller ones during the same procedure or take them out and wait to replace them. If she chooses the latter, she’ll have to live with saggy “pancake” breasts during the interim. Tori’s husband Dean McDermott said he will love her unconditionally. True Tori airs Tuesday nights at 9pm on Lifetime.
