NBC is not going to produce anymore episodes of the Kate Walsh comedy Bad Judge, but Walsh will have a chance to appeal to the public on the grounds of charm. Since NBC has ten episodes of the show, it’ll continue to run and have a chance to win audiences over and sway the jurors at NBC. Unlikely, but possible. And it could always find a home on a cable channel that doesn’t need 10 million viewers to spell success.
Look for some Hail Mary social media push to see if an audience can be built for the remaining episodes. There is probably a small contingent out there willing to sign onto a Save Bad Judge campaign. Is Kate Walsh’s charm enough to influence the jury? Or does the show just not have legs?
