Supermodel and media tycoon Tyra Banks (America’s Top Model, The Tyra Banks Show) is back on syndicated daytime talk to host The Fab on ABC. ABC tapped Tyra because “At 40, Tyra has never been more relevant than she is today,” said Lisa Hackner, executive vp, daytime and syndicated programming, ABC Entertainment Group. Tyra had a hand in picking four co-hosts to compete with other group panel shows like The View, The Crew, and The Talk. One of those co-hosts is John Legend’s wife, former model Chrissy Teigen. She is described as the show’s “social media buff.” An avid cook, Teigen writes a blog called SoDelushious.com which includes candid photos of her and Legend eating.
The other three hosts include Joe Zee, editor-in-chief of Yahoo Style, interior designer Lauren Makk, and lifestyle blogger Leah Ashley. Together, they’ll talk about “everything from fashion and beauty to food and design to doing it yourself and even starting a business.” The Fab will premiere in September 2015.
