My Everything superstar singer Ariana Grande made headlines this week for sporting a new hairdo. It’s not that different. Instead of a high, long ponytail, she now has two knots on the top of her head. Some have compared them to Miley Cyrus’ nubs and some have compared them to the iconic Princess Leia buns.
Ariana hasn’t said who or what inspired the new look, but all her fans know she’s a big fan of science-fiction, hence, the Princess Leia comparisons. In her recent sexy video Break Free (featuring Zedd), Ariana is fighting aliens in space with a missile launching bra from the future, or space–or wherever it is one gets a missile-launching bra. The song has nothing to do with space–though the electronica beat provided by Zedd certainly gives it atmosphere.
