Fresh Bellies is a line of fresh baby food that trains babies to acquire a more sophisticated palette. The entrepreneur behind Fresh Bellies, Saskia Sorrosa from White Plains, New York, is pitching her baby food business on Shark Tank on January 27. Sorrosa has the good fortune of pitching in front of NBA Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and former NBA player Charles Barkley, not because the men love baby food (although they might) but because they have the NBA in common.

Prior to launching Fresh Bellies, Sorrosa was Vice President of Marketing for the National Basketball Association (NBA) for 11 years. Sorrosa was included in AdAge’s 40 Under 40 in 2015, and in 2014 she won the Multicultural Excellence Award for Best African-American Campaign for the NBA campaign “Dream Big” which tipped off on Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Day and ran through Black History Month in February 2014. New episodes of Shark Tank air Sundays at 9 pm on ABC. [Related: 27 Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products at Amazon — New List]
