NUI is a line of snacks built around the popular ketogenic diet trend. Formerly known as Keto Kookies, NUI products include low carb, low sugar peanut butter cookies that are naturally sweetened with Erythritol and Monk Fruit Extract, which are known not to raise blood sugar or insulin levels. NUI also uses almond and coconut flours and they’re gluten free. Each cookie has 2 grams of protein. The two entrepreneurs behind NUI, Kristoffer Quiaoit and Victor Macias from Anaheim, California, pitch their healthy alternative treat to sweets on Shark Tank on November 25.

There are a total of five NUI cookie flavors: Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, Ginger Something, Peanut Butter, and Snickerdoodle, and they’re available in 8-packs (a total of 16 cookies) for $24.95 (that’s $1.56 per cookie).

Keep in mind: just three weeks ago, Cave Shake, a ready-to-drink shake/snack/meal replacement inspired by the Keto diet (low carb, low sugar), landed a $250,000 deal on Shark Tank with guest Shark, NBA legend Charles Barkley. New episodes of Shark Tank air Sundays at 9 pm on ABC, right after Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. [Related: 27 Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products at Amazon — New List]
