Kevin Tibbs and Tim Barklage are the entrepreneurs behind Better Life, a line of natural cleaning products that are not heavy with chemicals the way many cleaning products are. (Better Life is a plant-based product.) In 2013, Tibbs and Barklage pitched their successful business Better Life on Shark Tank and made a deal with Lori Greiner and guest shark John Paul DeJoria — $400,000 for 17 percent equity which drops to 7% when the Sharks are paid back.
Better Life products are available at retail stores including Walgreens, on the company website, and on Amazon (see above) where products including the Better Life All-Purpose Cleaner is sold for about $5 (for a 32 oz. container).
