Celebrity Chef and tireless entrepreneur Jamie Oliver uses social media the way other people breathe — that is if you breathed beautiful photos of pumpkin risotto, Costa Rican black bean soup, vegan blueberry pancakes and intense beetroot curry. Oliver tweets or retweets every hour it seems. Plus he’s got Jamiesfoodrevolution.org, JamieMagazine, JamieOliverCookerySchool, and myriad other digital properties bursting with color.

Last year Oliver signed on to collaborate with meal delivery company HelloFresh. Oliver puts together a special healthy meals menu that has become popular with the HelloFresh faithful. The meals come ready to cook, with simple instructions and ingredients at the ready. You prepare it yourself, but all the tough stuff is done for you. Oliver calls HelloFresh a “movement” more than a company. He adds at least a recipe a week to the HelloFresh choices, stuff like “Jamie’s Smoky Sweet Potato Chili.” HelloFresh says it has delivered 100 million meals. Its Classic Plan meals average just under $10 a meal.
