Dr. Geoffrey Broderick and his daughter, Kristina Broderick, pitched their line of probiotic food and supplements for dogs and cats Cornucopia Express on Shark Tank in 2009. Dr. Broderick is a longtime veterinarian from Huntington, New York who says his Super-Food and Phyto-Food supplements can “extend the lives of pets by 50%.” But not all the Sharks believe Broderick’s claims.
The Brodericks did not get an investment on Shark Tank but they continue to sell their Cornucopia Phyto-Food and Super Food supplements on their impressive website. A 4.9 oz. container of the plant-based supplement costs $34.99. They also sell four flavors of canned pet food – Harvest Dinner, Turkey & Giblets Dinner, Chicken with Egg Dinner, and Purrfect Dinner.
