Doug Guller is the founder and CEO of Bikinis Sports Bar and Grill, a restaurant chain where waitresses dressed in bikini tops, jeans shorts and cowboy boots serve burgers and beers. Guller recently dared to don a disguise and appear on the CBS reality show Undercover Boss, which is known for pulling America’s heartstrings. Unusually the boss discovers a superstar on the job who doesn’t get the respect or pay that he/she deserves and the boss remedies the situation with a bonus and/or a more flexible schedule. But when Guller appeared on the show, America thought he was rewarding the wrong employee.
#undercoverboss was absolutely disturbing last night…such a sexist CEO who fires girls who doesn’t wanna wear a bikini on tv…

Guller, who trademarked the phrase Breastaurant, was upset when one of the waitress (“Bikini Babes”) put a t-shirt on when the camera crew arrived. She said she didn’t feel comfortable in her uniform in front of a camera. She was later fired. Guller was impressed with waitress Grace, to whom he promised a breast enhancement if she kept up her good work. While America wasn’t moved to tears, Grace was delighted with the idea. And isn’t that the point of the show — to recognize the most enthusiastic employees? The answer is yes. The Undercover Boss Bikinis Sports Bar and Grill episode will air again, on TLC, on December 21 at 10pm.
#undercoverboss Bikinis has worst boss ever, sexist & cheap CEO. Firing Jessica from deadend job was best for her. Boycott Bikinis! — Stewart M. Green (@StewartMGreen) December 29, 2014
