When the rumor of Dr. Darren being gay reaches his wife, Lisa Nicole does some digging and discovers that Quad knows the man who’s spreading the rumor. Lisa Nicole finds a lot of photos of them together. Still, Quad denies having anything to do with “the little boy.” Quad repeatedly says, “I don’t know that little boy. I don’t know the little boy who says her [Lisa’s] husband is gay.” There must be a reason why Quad chooses and sticks with “the little boy” description. What’s the implication?
