Jill Whelan is the former child star best known for her roles as Vicki, Captain Stubing’s daughter, on The Love Boat, and as the sick little girl in the movie Airplane! Now 48-years-old, Whelan is making a career comeback. She and her old Love Boat friend Charo – The Cuchi Cuchi Girl – will star on Celebrity Wife Swap.
Charo, now 64-years-old, continues to perform her unique guitar/flamenco dance act while Whelan is branching out. She and famed radio host Brian Phelps co-host a comedy podcast (www.brianandjillshow.com). For a while she was teaching improv comedy in Philadelphia. And just a few months ago, Whelan appeared on the soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful. Think Whelan has what it takes to make a comeback? Celebrity Wife Swap airs Wednesdays at 10pm ABC.
