Beyonce’s sister, Solange Knowles, is getting married this Sunday in New Orleans. Her husband-to-be is her longtime boyfriend, music video director Alan Ferguson. It will be Solange’s second marriage. She got married to her high school sweetheart Daniel Smith when she was 17. Now 29, she has a 10-year-old son, Julez.
Ferguson, who is 51-years-old, has directed Jay Z’s video “Who You Wit,” Katy Perry’s “Hot n Cold,” and Fall Out Boy’s “I Don’t Care,” among others. The punk rock band Fall Out Boy is Ferguson’s meat and potatoes client.
