A brand new episode of the E! reality TV show Total Divas airs Sunday, September 21, 9/8c. These divas aren’t delicate singers like Mariah Carey or Ariana Grande, they’re professional wrestlers – WWE veterans Brie and Nikki Bella, Natalya “Nattie”, Cameron, Naomi, Rosa Mendes, and rookies Eva Marie, JoJo and Summer Rae. In the episode “Roadside Rumble,” Diva Nattie tries to play nice when Rosa Mendes invites Summer Rae to carpool with them–but you know that’s not going to last long. Total Divas don’t know how to play nice or carpool. They’re divas!
Nattie is driving the car when Summer Rae says something derogatory about Nattie’s marriage to her husband, WWE wrestler TJ Wilson aka Tyson Kidd. (Nattie’s and TJ’s wedding was featured on the first season of Total Divas). Nattie pulls over, tosses all of Summer Rae’s bags on the road and then pulls her out of the car by her hair. The divas are proving critics like Tom Conroy of Media Life Magazine wrong. He wrote that “they appear to be too nice. That might make their fans happy, but viewers expecting a smackdown can and will go elsewhere.” The Season 3 premiere attracted over of 1.2 million viewers.
