On Big Brother, 14 strangers live together in a camera-filled house to vie for the grand prize of $500,000. One of the 14 is Vanessa Rousso. She’s a 32-year-old gorgeous blonde professional poker player. She’s hoping no one in the house will recognize her from poker. But they might–she’s very accomplished. In the 10 years she’s been playing, she’s won $4.5 million.
To do the show, Rousso is missing the World Series of Poker, the most lucrative time of year for poker players, and she’s leaving her girlfriend behind. So why is she doing Big Brother? She told PokerTube, she’s doing it for the challenge. She studied game strategy at college and Big Brother is “the ultimate game.” Big Brother airs Thursdays at 8pm on CBS.
