Bottle Bright is an effervescent tablet designed to clean reusable water bottles which are prone to stains and odors. Just fill a bottle with water and drop in the Bottle Bright chlorine-free tablet, remove it (it’s biodegradable), and then rinse the bottle and it’s ready to reuse. The two mountain bikers behind Bottle Bright, Seth Friedman and Justin Koehneke, pitched their business on Shark Tank in December 2015. They went into the Tank seeking an investment of $75,000 in exchange for 15 percent equity. They made a deal with Lori Greiner — $75,000 for 33.3 percent.
