Allison DeVane is the young entrepreneur behind Teaspressa, a line of gourmet tea shots that are prepared just like espresso drinks (but they’re not as dehydrating as espresso shots, and have less caffeine). She pitched Teaspressa on Shark Tank but it didn’t go well. Kevin O’Leary aka Mr. Wonderful, made DeVane cry. She did not get a deal.
To make matters worse, her tea maker was stolen from her Tea and Toast retail counter in downtown Phoenix. Two men broke into her space (she posted surveillance camera footage on her Facebook page) and stole it. Luckily, “after a long day of investigation, the police officially have my machine in custody!”
