Sara Marie Moylan is the entrepreneur behind Shefit Sports Bra, the adjustable sports bra as seen on Shark Tank (January 29). Sara Marie is the perfect spokesperson for the product. She is a professional fitness model, a former beauty pageant winner (Miss Teen Michigan and Mrs. Michigan), and she’s currently a bodybuilding bikini pro. As anyone can tell just by looking at Moylan, she spends a lot of time working out.

Now not only is Moylan sharing her patented Shefit Sports Bra with the world — she’s also sharing a series of one-minute workout videos (see below) on YouTube. And yes she’s wearing a Shefit in all of them! There’s a high impact HIIT workout (push-ups on a track) and a booty workout (squats with weights in the gym). The quality of these videos isn’t terrific (see below) but maybe Sara Marie will invest in a production crew after her appearance on Shark Tank, which airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
