On Season 13 of Shark Tank, two siblings from Seabrook, New Hampshire — Lauren LaManga and Mike LaManga — hope to hook the Sharks with their apparel company, Long Wharf Supply Company. The label is known for using recycled materials (oyster shells) and its trademarked SeaWell™ Sweater which “reseeds up to 30 oysters and naturally filters up to 1,500 gallons of seawater every day.” They’re touted as “the most sustainable sweaters on Earth.” See video below.
The LaMangas have the good fortune of pitching in front of retail guru Daymond John, founder and CEO of FUBU. Plus, Daymond is a fisherman and loves to be out on the water!
New episodes of Shark Tank air Fridays at 8 pm on ABC, right before 20/20 at 9 pm. [BONUS: Stream any ABC show through the ABC GO Digital App found here. Download is FREE.]
