BeatBox Beverages, the Austin, Texas company that sells fruity wine in colorful boxes, pitched their business on Shark Tank in 2014. They got a $1 million investment from Mark Cuban (for 30 percent equity). Since then BeatBox has ironed out some of their licensing issues and is now available in 750 stores in 18 states. But is that kind of growth good enough to please Cuban?

Cuban recently told Inc. that he wasn’t thrilled with BeatBox’s initial promotional strategy which involved adding new flavors. But according to the company’s Instagram account, they did launch two new flavors (fruit punch and grape) and a smaller BeatBox (3 liter) is available, too. BeatBox and Cuban will be featured on Beyond the Tank which airs Tuesdays at 10 pm on ABC. You can buy $22 BeatBoxes here.
