The founder of Wink Frozen Desserts, Gabe Wolff, was diagnosed with Celiac disease and a dairy allergy when a teenager — which was crushing for the ice cream-loving young man. He started using pea protein in his diet and then realized he could use it with natural flavoring to make a healthier version of his beloved ice cream.
Gabe now makes 10 different flavors of Wink Frozen Desserts including Cake batter, Choco-mint, Cinnamon Bun, Iced Latte, Vanilla Bean, and Coca-dough. His latest flavors are: Peanut Butter & Jelly, Black Cherry, Cacao Nib, Caramel Candy Apple, and Strawberry Cheesecake.
