Brooke Martin was 14 years old when she pitched her product, iCPooch on Shark Tank. It’s a treat dispenser with videochat capability. A pet owner affixes a smartphone or tablet to the dispenser, and then while away from home, he/she can videochat with their animal and deliver a treat as if the owner was there. She didn’t get a deal but she’s still selling iCPoochs on her website and via Amazon for $99.
Martin, now a 15-year-old junior at North Central High School in Spokane, Washington, says she’s working on iCLovedOnes, a device that will let people connect with aging family members remotely and deliver their medication. Martin recently told the Spokane Journal that she also plans to go to a four-year college and pursue an MBA. [Related: 27 Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products at Amazon — New List]
