“I am worried about the country,” former presidential candidate Mitt Romney said in a Fox News interview on Thursday. He went on to say that President Obama “underestimated Russia.”
But Romney aimed his sharpest criticism at Hillary Clinton, the presumed Democratic 2016 candidate for the presidency. Talking about Clinton’s strange dissociation from the Obama foreign policy, Romney said it’s “interesting that she tries to distance herself from the president’s foreign policy, given the fact that she was his secretary of state for four years.” And then talking about the much-ballyhooed “RESET” between the US and Russia in 2009, for which Clinton even used a prop–an actual reset button–Romney said “I think it is one of the most embarrassing incidents in American foreign policy.”
