While Dakota Fanning promotes her upcoming movie The Equalizer 3 with two-time Oscar winner Denzel Washington (her co-star in the 2004 film Man on Fire), her younger sister Elle Fanning is promoting her hulu series The Great, in which Elle stars as Catherine the Great.
Elle Fanning is known for her roles in movies with Oscar winners, too, including I Am Sam with Sean Penn, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button with Brad Pitt, We Bought a Zoo with Matt Damon, and in the Maleficent film franchise with Angelina Jolie, among others.
When not filming or promoting The Great, Elle often models, as seen on the cover of FLAUNT magazine, above. She’s “giving leg” in a stunning corset bodysuit by English designer Thom Browne. Photographer Greg Swales shared the photos below. He told Fanning, of the cover photo, “you fell into that perfectly.”
Elle’s fans and famous friends are going wild over the photo series (be sure to swipe!) – and this included some serious A-Listers, who rallied around the star. Michelle Pfeiffer dropped a series of fire emojis; Yara Shahidi replied: “sooo goood”; Michelle Monaghan wrote: “GORGEOUS” and Naomi Watts dropped applauding emojis with one extended word, “SLAAAAAAY.”
Get ready to see more of the Fanning sisters together: they are filming the upcoming historical drama, The Nightingale, based on the New York Times bestselling book of the same title by Kristin Hannah. It’s about two sisters who while living in France are torn apart at the onset of World War II.
