Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is really emphasizing The Rock part of his persona in his latest video reveal. The Rock released a video that shows the “musculature & fiber breakdown of all my movements” during an intense workout — the kind that transforms a man into a Rock.
Rock credits the “slow eccentric contractions” at the end of his chain dips for tissue breakdown and muscle growth. He’s sharing the video so more people can do the kind of targeting he’s doing during his workouts.
The video, enhanced by Muscle and Motion shows The Rock targeting muscle groups including Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid, Latissimus Dorsi, Posterior Deltoid, and Triceps Brachii.
