In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode “The One That Got Away,” Anna Kolcheck (Bar Paly) escapes from prison with her cellmate Kate Miller. U.S. Marshall Will Reyes (Matty Castano) breaks the news to Agents Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and Hanna (LL Cool J) and asks for their help. Anna’s father Arkady (Vyto Ruginis) is up in arms as his daughter is “being hunted down like an animal” so he tries to help the NCIS team with the investigation. He surprises everyone by recognizing “bad boy” Phil Carmona (Ted King).
Anna’s cellmate Katie is portrayed by Eve Harlow. The actress, who was born in Moscow, USSR (now Russia) in 1989 and refers to herself as a “child of Marx and Coca Cola,” is known for her “bad girl” roles on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Tess), Rogue (Sadie Newsom), Heroes Reborn (Taylor Kravid), The 100 (Maya Vie), The Guard (Tina Renwald), and in films including The Tall Man with Jessica Biel, among others. NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 10 pm on CBS.
[Note: Actress Bar Paly was also born in the former USSR. Her family emigrated to Tel Aviv, Israel when she was 10.]

Have been getting so many birthday wishes, wanted to say thank you – HEART OVERWHELMED🙏🦄* Here's a picture of me as a kid, in Israel, before my family immigrated to Canada, where there was never, EVER fear that I would be separated from my parents. Regardless of how you feel about immigration, ripping kids from their guardians – which is what the Trump administration instigated at the border – is unethical, horrific; donate to the @aclu_nationwide, call your representatives, protest…whatever you're capable of doing, do it. Cause families are meant to be together✨
