In the Season 2 premiere of For the People, “First Inning,” New York City public defender Sandra Bell (Britt Robertson) defends a teenage gamer whose online argument leads to a police raid that ends with the death of a U.S. Senator. Sandra enlists the help of new investigator Ted. He tends to work alone and adds a mysterious edge to the public defenders’ efforts. If this handsome young man with that sexy voice and winning smile doesn’t become someone’s romantic interest, we’ll eat our hats.
Investigator Ted is portrayed by Charles Michael Davis. He’s known for his roles on Chicago P.D. (Blair Williams), Younger (Zane Anders), The Originals (Marcel Gerard), Grey’s Anatomy (Dr. Jason Myers), The Game (Kwan Kirkland), and Switched at Birth (Liam Lupo), among others. For the People airs Thursdays at 10 pm on ABC, right after Station 19. [BONUS: Stream any ABC show through the ABC GO Digital App found here. Download is FREE.]
