In the A Million Little Things Season 1 finale, “Goodbye,” questions continue to linger around Jon’s (Ron Livingston) death. While cleaning, Jon’s wife Delilah (Stephanie Szostak) finds a photo of Jon with a woman Gary (James Roday) says is the mysterious Barbara Morgan. The same woman approached Delilah’s daughter Sophie (Lizzy Greene) on a run and introduced herself as Emma. When Sophie brought Emma home, and Emma saw signs of Jon’s life, she ran out of the house before meeting Delilah. On the season finale, the two women finally meet.
Mrs. Emma Nelson is portrayed by Drea de Matteo. The native New Yorker is known for her roles on Shades of Blue (Tess Nazario), Sons of Anarchy (Wendy Case), Desperate Housewives (Angie Bolen), Joey (Gina Tribbiani), and The Sopranos (Adriana La Cerva) among others. A Million Little Things airs Thursdays at 9 pm on ABC, right after Grey’s Anatomy and right before How To Get Away with Murder.
